This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data on the DOM Classic website www.domclassic.lt and when communicating with customers.

- Address: T. Ševčenkos St. 19, LT-03111 Vilnius, Lithuania

If you have any questions about the processing of personal data or wish to exercise your rights, please contact us by email at info@domclassic.lt.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
2.1. Contact, Consultation and Quotation Forms
When you complete a DOM Classic contact, consultation, quotation or product enquiry form, we may collect the following data:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your telephone number;
- the text of your message;
- the subject of your enquiry, if such a field is provided;
- information about the product, collection, tile size, colour, quantity or other project context in which you are interested;
- the title and URL of the page from which the enquiry was submitted, when this information is transmitted together with the form;
- technical information required for the operation of the form and protection against spam.
Contact Form 7 is used for contact forms. The forms also use honeypot-type protection against spam. Flamingo functionality is installed on the website, so form messages may be stored in the WordPress administration environment to allow us to review and administer enquiries received. Where an automatic acknowledgement (“Mail (2)”) is enabled for a form, the email address you provide is also used to send that service message confirming receipt of your enquiry.
2.2. Email and Telephone Communication
When you contact us by email or telephone, or reply to our emails, we process the contact information you provide and the content of the correspondence or conversation to the extent necessary to respond to the enquiry, provide a consultation or administer the commercial relationship.
2.3. Website Usage, Analytics and Cookie Data
Cookies, analytics and related technologies used on the website may collect information about your visit to the website, the device and browser used, your approximate location, pages viewed, interactions with telephone, email, catalogue or form elements, and form submission events.
This data may be processed using Google services, including Google Analytics 4, Google Site Kit, Google Ads / Google tag and Google Maps functionality, to the extent that these services are used on the website and permitted by your cookie choices.
3. Purposes for Which We Use Personal Data
- to respond to your contact, consultation or quotation enquiries;
- to prepare commercial information or a proposal based on the product, collection or project context you provide;
- to contact you regarding your project, order or service-related matters;
- to send confirmation of receipt of an enquiry, where such functionality is used;
- to protect the website and forms against spam and abuse;
- to analyse website performance, traffic and contact events;
- to improve the website’s content, structure and user experience;
- to fulfil contractual, accounting, tax or other obligations laid down by law;
- to defend our rights and legitimate interests.
A consultation or quotation enquiry does not constitute consent to receive newsletters or direct marketing. An automated email confirming that an enquiry has been received is service communication relating to your enquiry and not marketing consent.
4. Legal Bases for Data Processing
We process personal data on the following grounds under the General Data Protection Regulation:
- Performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract – when you contact us regarding a consultation, quotation, products, collections or project solutions.
- Legitimate interests – to respond to business enquiries, administer communications, protect the website against spam, evaluate the effectiveness of contact channels and defend our rights.
- Consent – where consent is required by law, for example for non-essential analytics or advertising cookies.
- Legal obligation – where accounting, tax, legal or other document retention requirements apply.
You may withdraw your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
5. Cookies and Consent Choices
The website uses essential cookies that are necessary for the website to function and to save your cookie choices. Analytics and marketing / advertising cookies are used only in accordance with the choice you make in the cookie notice.
In the website’s cookie notice, you can choose:
- Reject – to disallow analytics and marketing / advertising cookies;
- Accept all – to allow analytics and marketing / advertising cookies;
- Cookie settings – to choose essential, analytics and marketing / advertising options separately.
Essential cookies are always active because they are necessary for the website to function. You can change your choice later by clicking the “Cookie settings” link provided on the website.
The website uses the Google Consent Mode v2 principle: before you make a choice regarding non-essential cookies, consent for Google analytics and advertising storage is set to denied by default. If you reject cookies, analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization remain denied, and GA / Ads storage cookies are not set.
The Google tag script or technical Google request signals may technically be loaded or sent even before affirmative consent is given, but in that case they operate with consent status set to denied. This does not mean that permission for analytics or advertising storage cookies is granted in your browser.
6. Google Analytics, Google Site Kit, Google Ads and Google Maps
The website uses Google services, including Google Analytics 4, Google Site Kit and Google Ads / Google tag functionality. They help analyse website traffic, contact events and, where applicable, advertising or conversion performance.
The website may record events such as a click on a telephone number, a click on an email link, a catalogue download, an attempted contact form submission, a successful form submission or other contact actions. These events are sent only when permitted by valid analytics consent.
A Google Maps map embed is used on the contact page. When you use Google Maps or related Google functionality, Google may process information in accordance with its own privacy terms. More information about Google’s data processing: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Recipients to Whom We May Disclose Data
Your data may be disclosed or made accessible to the following recipients and service providers to the extent necessary for the stated purposes:
- website hosting, email infrastructure and technical maintenance service providers;
- providers of WordPress and the website’s technical tools;
- the Contact Form 7, Flamingo and related website form administration environment;
- Google services, where analytics, advertising / conversion features, Search Console or Google Maps are used;
- IT maintenance, security or administration service providers;
- legal, accounting or other professional service providers, where necessary;
- public authorities, where required by law.
Publicly verified website infrastructure indicates the use of serveriai.lt infrastructure at the domain, hosting or email level. The actual contracted service providers may be specified on the basis of the contracts held by DOM Classic.
8. Transfers of Data Outside the European Economic Area
When we use international services, such as Google services, certain data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer safeguards indicated by the relevant service providers apply, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions or other lawful mechanisms.
9. How Long We Retain Data
We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
- data from contact, consultation and quotation enquiries is retained for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry, maintain communication and administer a potential commercial relationship;
- quotations, orders and customer communications may be retained for longer if they relate to a contract, accounting, warranties or legal interests;
- accounting and contractual documents are retained for the periods prescribed by law;
- analytics data is retained in accordance with the settings of Google Analytics and other services used;
- cookies are retained according to their type and duration.
10. Data Security
We apply organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Nevertheless, data transmitted over the internet cannot be regarded as absolutely secure, so we recommend that you do not send through forms or by email any highly sensitive information that is not necessary to respond to your enquiry.
11. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
- access your personal data;
- request the rectification of inaccurate data;
- request the erasure of data where there is a legal basis for doing so;
- request restriction of data processing;

- receive data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format where the right to data portability applies;
- withdraw consent where data is processed on the basis of consent.
To exercise these rights, please contact us by email at info@domclassic.lt. When responding to a request, we may ask you to confirm your identity if necessary to protect personal data.

If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
State Data Protection Inspectorate

13. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as social networks, Google Maps or manufacturers’ / partners’ websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites. We recommend that you review their privacy policies.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website’s functionality, technologies used, service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version of the Privacy Policy is published on the website: https://www.domclassic.lt/en/privacy-policy/.
